Ordering & Booking

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing orders at least 3-5 business days in advance for buffets and large events. For bento boxes and smaller orders (under 50 pax), 24-48 hours notice is usually sufficient. However, we can accommodate last-minute orders subject to availability.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary by package: Mini Buffets start from 20 pax, Full Buffets from 50 pax, Bento Boxes from 30 pax, and Live Stations from 80 pax. Please check individual package pages for specific requirements.

Can I customize the menu?

Absolutely! We encourage customization to meet your event's specific needs. You can mix and match dishes, accommodate dietary restrictions, or work with our team to create a completely custom menu.

Delivery & Setup

What areas do you deliver to?

We provide islandwide delivery across Singapore. Free delivery is included for orders above 50 pax. A nominal delivery fee applies for smaller orders or remote locations.

What are your delivery time slots?

Standard delivery windows are: Breakfast (7am-9am), Lunch (11am-1pm), Tea Break (2pm-4pm), and Dinner (5pm-7pm). Specific timing can be arranged based on your event schedule.

Do you provide setup and cleanup services?

Yes, setup is included for all buffet packages. For full-service options including serving staff and cleanup, please select our Premium Service package when requesting a quote.

Payment & Pricing

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on per-person rates, which vary depending on the package selected and the number of guests. Larger groups typically enjoy better per-person rates. Add-ons and premium upgrades are priced separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, PayNow, credit cards, and cheques. For corporate clients, we offer monthly invoicing with NET 30 payment terms.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 5+ days before the event: Full refund. 3-4 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: No refund. We understand plans can change, so please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes.

Food & Dietary

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we can accommodate various dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, no-beef, no-seafood, gluten-free, and nut allergies. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when placing your order.

How do you ensure food freshness?

All food is prepared fresh on the day of delivery using premium ingredients. We use proper food safety protocols and temperature-controlled delivery to ensure your food arrives fresh and safe to consume.

Service & Events

Do you provide serving staff?

Yes, professional serving staff can be arranged for an additional fee. This includes buffet attendants, waiters, and kitchen support staff as needed for your event.

Can you cater for outdoor events?

Yes, we can cater for outdoor events. Please inform us during booking so we can plan appropriate food packaging, serving equipment, and logistics for outdoor conditions.

Do you offer tasting sessions?

Yes, complimentary tasting sessions are available for wedding packages above 200 pax and corporate events above 300 pax. For other events, tasting sessions can be arranged at a nominal fee, fully redeemable upon confirmed booking.
