3. Booking and Payment

All catering bookings require advance notice and are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Payment terms will be specified in your quotation and service agreement.

Prices quoted are valid for the specified period and may be subject to change based on ingredient costs and availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing:

• More than 14 days before event: Deposit refundable
• 7-14 days before event: 50% of total cost
• Less than 7 days before event: 100% of total cost

5. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, clients must inform us of all specific needs at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens in our kitchen environment.

6. Delivery and Setup

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. The client is responsible for providing adequate space and facilities for setup at the event venue.

7. Liability

Hei Signature Catering maintains appropriate food safety certifications and insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for events beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Hei Signature Catering and protected by copyright laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
